2018 - 2019 Back to school checklist
Back to School is as easy as 1-2-3! Click to begin.
Create or update your Membership Toolkit account to access necessary forms:
Update parent/student information, select your PTA directory publication preferences, order school supplies, order spirit wear, join PTA or renew membership, and select your volunteer preferences.
Complete or update the PISD Online Volunteer Application including background check. To become a volunteer in Plano schools, please visit the district's online volunteer application website. Application Instructions English / Spanish. Note: All Plano ISD volunteers must have a background check every school year on, but not before, July 1 of each school year.
Complete PISD Annual Registration forms. This link will direct you to the Parent Portal. Forms will be available beginning July 26.
In addition, PASAR After-School Care online registration available on July 26 at 8:30 am at the Parent Portal. Registration must be completed by 5 PM on Aug 8 to be able to start PASAR on the first day of school.
Review your newsletter/calendar subscriptions. Don't forget to select "Subscribed" to Maverick Express our weekly eNewsletter.
Check the balance on your student's lunch account at PayPams .
Download the School Supply List if you are purchasing your own school supplies.

New Student Registration
Elementary School (Grades PreK-5) - July 25 and 26
New elementary school students (pre-school through grades 5) should register at their assigned schools on either day between 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Elementary counselors will return on July 26. No appointment necessary.
